How to Select the Right Droid Phone For You!!!!!

There is a dizzying array of Droid phones to choose from, therefore it is vital to compare Droid phones before you buy one. If you select the wrong model it may not suit your specific needs. There are Android based cell phones that are optimized to run the full spectrum for use by business people who travel overseas, to those who use a lot of social media, as well as many other uses. You do not want to get a phone that is optimized for a business person if you are going to be using the phone a lot for texting, the phone's set up may not be convenient for your needs and in turn you will end up being unhappy with the smart phone.

Make sure the Droid you choose is with a cell phone carrier who has complete coverage in your area. Otherwise you may not be happy with potential lost calls, areas with no service, and slow downloads. An internet search of coverage maps of each cell phone provider in your area can greatly aid in this important step.

The size of the phone is also very important. Android based phones come in all different shapes and sizes. For someone who is going to be putting their cell phone in their pocket most of the time they may want a smaller phone. In contrast, if the owner of the phone is going to be carrying the phone in their purse then the size of the phone may not be a great concern when evaluating a Droid model to purchase.

Next you will need to look at the speed of the processor in the cell phone, this may be the most important aspect when you compare Droid phones. Typically the premium Droid models will have the more powerful processors as opposed to some of the mid-range and lower Droid models which will lack these faster and more powerful processors. The speed of the processor will determine download speeds and how fast the device can move through different programs and apps.

Timing the purchase of your Android phone is important as well. With so many Droid phones on so many carriers it is a good idea to see what devices are going to be released in the next couple months. If there is an older model that you like, it is wise to check the new models that will be released soon(there are new Droid phones being released all the time). Cell phone technology is constantly changing and there may be a new Droid devices that suit your needs even better than any current phones on the Android market.
